Insomnia is a bitch.

I have insomnia and that means I can't sleep for shit. I have sleeping pills, but I refuse to take them, because I don't want to become dependent. I lay in the bed for three hours, hoping and praying that I can actually fall to sleep. And when I finally do, I have these terrible dreams, and they wake me up. I just don't know what to do anymore.

Insomnia freaking sucks. If a person says that they're glad to be an insomniac, they aren't an insomniac, they just force themselves to stay up for long periods of time.
Best thing to do, adio, is drink caffeinated drinks, or energy drinks. They'll probably put you to sleep like a baby. No kidding.

Probably from crashing after I drink a all of the shit. But buying caffeinated drinks and all that can get pretty expensive. I need a cheap, if not free approach. But I will try this, seeing as I have a few Monsters and Red Bulls lying around.
